This is a custom digital Tarot reading delivered by email. You will receive:

• A written interpretation of the cards that come up in your customized spread and their interpreted meaning.
• A PDF file with your cards and key insights, perfect for keeping in a journal or grimoire.
• No physical items are shipped.

How You Will Receive Your Reading
After purchase, you will be directed to a short intake form. Once you submit the form, your reading will be created and sent to the email address you provided.

Delivery Timeframe
Your reading will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received and your intake form is submitted.

Optional Add-Ons
Some readings include the option to add an Oracle card for an additional fee. If available, this will be shown at checkout.

Digital Product and No Returns
This is a custom digital product made specifically for you. All sales are final and no returns are accepted for digital readings.

No physical items are shipped.

Each reading is custom and made-to-order, created specifically for you based on your request and intake form.

2. All Sales Are Final and No Returns

Because these offerings are custom, digital, and delivered electronically, all sales are final.

• I do not accept returns of digital products.

• I do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with style, or outcomes that differ from what you hoped to hear.

By purchasing a digital product or reading from tarottraveler.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are paying for time, intuitive insight, and a personalized digital creation.

• Once your order is placed, it cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can.

3. Cancellations

Because work on your reading may begin shortly after purchase:

• Cancellations are generally not available once your order has been placed.

• If you contact me immediately after purchase and I have not yet begun your reading, I may, at my discretion, approve a cancellation and refund. This is not guaranteed and is handled case by case.

4. Non-Delivery or Technical Issues

If you do not receive your digital product within the stated delivery window:

• Please first check:

  • Your spam, junk, or promotions folders

  • That the email address you provided is correct

• If you still do not see your reading, contact me at:

Once your purchase is verified, I will re-send the digital product to the correct email address.

• In cases of non-delivery caused by a technical issue on my end, I will prioritize resending your reading.

• A refund may be considered only if I am unable to deliver the product at all and as required by applicable law.

5. Duplicate Purchases or Billing Errors

If you believe you have been:

• Charged twice for the same product, or

• Billed in error

I will review the situation and, if a duplicate charge or error is confirmed, I will issue a correction or refund in line with payment processor timelines.

6. No Guarantees of Outcome

• I do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the use of these services.

Because of this, dissatisfaction with the perceived outcome, impact, or interpretation of a reading does not qualify for a refund or return.

If the intake form is not completed, your delivery timeline may be delayed. Your reading cannot begin until the required information is received.

• Your reading will begin only after the intake form is submitted.

4. Email Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital product within the expected timeframe:

5. Time Zone

Processing and delivery times are based on Eastern Time (US).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Incorrect Email Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address at the time of purchase and or on your intake form.

• If a digital product is delivered to an incorrect email address due to an error or typo that you provided, tarottraveler.com is not responsible for non-delivery.
• However, reasonable efforts will be made to help correct the issue and resend the product once you contact me with the correct information.

7. No Physical Shipping Charges

Because this product offered through tarottraveler.com is digital:

• No physical shipping fees apply.
• You will not be charged for shipping, packaging, or handling of physical goods.
